Baseball contest guidelines • Five-innings per game, each inning lasts 1 shift (1 game per week for 3 weeks), each team will be playing two teams simultaneously for a total of 6 games. • Every upgrade is a hit and advances the player one base. • Scoring stops at end of day and resets the following shift (Ask your supervisor for clarification on the 4x 10 shifts). • The team with the highest score wins. • Supervisors will keep track of upgrades based on the honors program. • Add-a line is a steal. • Every double or triple gets you an extra base. • Ties are settled by best upgrade %. • Due to call types, Team Bloom will be made designated hitters and its members will be split amongst the other teams. • Due to the number of calls and call types taken by the care teams, a multiplier of 3.7 will be added to the tech teams to level the playing field. i.e. Tech team hits 20 homeruns and a care team hits 81 homeruns, you multiply 3.7*20=74 homeruns, the care team still wins by 7 homeruns.

Baseball contest incentives • Every win gets each member on the team $5 Suber dollars and a ticket for a drawing to win a $25 Recognizing You or time in the game room. • Any individual to sell 5 phones in a week will get 15 minutes off the phone(dependent on service levels). • Any team to win 4 or more of its games gets a $25 Recognizing You for each member. • Top two teams will get a cook-out featuring hamburgers and hotdogs and play one another in kickball in the parking lot. • Top Loyalty person based on upgrade percentage from each team will also get to participate in this.
