  5. Announcements Anyone wanting to participate in the SPIRIT CAR to put in the parade Friday, they need to have it decorated this Friday morning for judging!!   We will announce the WINNER that will ride in parade by 2nd period!  Theme WILD ABOUT OUR RAMS!

Announcements Standby SAT test-taking is not permitted. If you miss the last registration deadline, or if your paper registration has been returned unprocessed without enough time to resubmit it, you may be able to go online to request a waitlist status up until five days before test day. Unregistered individuals will not be admitted to the test center under any circumstances. Test registration on test day at the test center is not available.

  9. Announcements Seniors: sign up for Probe Fair at Darton! Trip is 10/26. Stop by counselors’ office for a form. Turn in forms by 10/25. Everyone attending must ride the bus.

  10. Announcements Our band competed at Sound of Silver in Blackshear on 10/13. There were 14 bands in our AA class. The band and Drum Major received excellent ratings. The Guard and Percussion earned Superior ratings. Our Guard also earned 3rd in class in AA. This was the first competitive event our marching band has participated in for at least 8 years.

  11. Announcements Attention Juniors and Seniors:  A "Preparing for College" presentation will be held in the cafeteria Thursday, October 18, during 7th period.  Students will report to 7th period first and will then be called to the cafeteria.

  12. Announcements Last will & testaments should be turned in to room 149 by Friday, Dec. 14. Limit: 150 words. Dr. Chesser will edit these. To save pages and cost, LW&T will be published for FREE, separate from yearbook.

  16. Announcements Want an ALL COLOR yearbook for this year? They will be $80 in May. You can buy one on Nov. 1, one day only, for $60. Get a form in room 149.

  21. Announcements Any boys interested in playing basketball see Coach Davis in the mornings at the multi-purpose gym October 12-19!

  22. Announcements Basketball tryouts and conditioning will start on October 22. All required paper work, such as physicals, insurance information and permission forms need to be completed and turned in to Coach Davis by October 19. No paperwork, NO tryouts.

  23. Announcements Effective 10/8 there will no longer be a bus route for 36------because of the shortage of drivers, we had to consolidate that route with three others. Ms. Boyette will continue to have a route, just not this one. The teachers can put their children on Bus 21 or 67 in the a.m.

Announcements FBLA is hosting "Teacher Torture.” Students and teachers will be able to pay $.50 per vote to have a teacher perform a humorous activity on stage during lunch.  Some of the activities will be dance to the Wobble, get pied in the face, do jumping jacks, etc. You may pay during lunch on Mon-Wed. The winners will be announced on Thursday and will perform during lunch.  It will be loads of fun so please check it out on the stage!
