Kayla’s ConclusionsInterviewed: Two of her roommates • First priority of college students were classes and work • Social time came afterwards • Decorations in the room were based on personality • One was neat for focus • Other had photos to feel close to home • Weekends • Went home or stayed to do school work • Studying • Happened in quiet places (room or library)

  3. Blaire’s ConclusionsInterviewed: Roommate, friend on floor • Social • Both met friends from people in their halls and their roommates • Both feel like they made true life long friends in college • When asked do you feel like yourself at college both said yes

Dionna’s ConclusionInterviewed: Roommates • Even though we live together we all didn’t do the same things on weekends; all depending on majors • One is a social work major • Nursing major • Different study habits • One studied a lot while the other not so much • Social habits • Both liked to party on weekends

Jennifer’s ConclusionsInterviewed: Friend and Boyfriend • Social • Both enjoyed partying, catching up on homework, hanging out with girlfriend or boyfriend, but one likes to clean • One met her friends from her dorm hall while the other knew his friends from high school • Clubs • One was in a sorority, Spanish club, and best buddies while the other was intramural sports • Studying Habits • One liked to study in her room and outside, while the other in the library • Eating • When asked both said they would never eat alone in the commons • Ones favorite spot to eat was the Italian Kitchen and the other Montys

Overall Conclusion • When the two people were interviewed together their answers affected one another • Most college students are individuals but they don’t want to be • Want to fit in with the norm • No two people were completely alike, but had certain aspects in common. At least one common factor between people. • All college students are connected in some way
