  10. Nature of FARM • Individual and collective reflection on learning and teaching through dialogue, candid reflections and sharing and consolidation, leading to structures and processes. • Urge you to be here for the entire process that will end at lunch tomorrow.

Or Not • At least not end up with the experience of a verrrrrry long IFM • 24 hours of your time with no expectations • UG streamlined so we can be freed up to work on PG Programmes and Research • Schedule the next FARM for PG and/or Research • Lead to Teaching training workshops • Lead to contextual conversations of who we are and what we are collectively up for – Have a voice for what could be ! • The opportunity to be delightfully surprised by the endless possibilities
