  3. Zheng Changhong Mr. Changhong Zheng (59) serves as the Chairman at CSR Corporation Limited. Mr. Zheng served as a Vice Chairman, President and Deputy Party Secretary of CSR Corporation Limited from December 2007 to October 25, 2012. Mr. Zheng has been CSRG's Party Secretary since December 2007. He possesses in-depth knowledge and extensive operational and management experience in the industry.

CSR Chairman • Mr. Zheng graduated from the Lanzhou Railway University (now known as Lanzhou Jiaotong University) majoring in Electronics technology and Northern Jiaotong University (now known as Beijing Jiaotong University) majoring in Accounting, and obtained a doctorate Research Studentship in Traffic and Transportation Planning and Management from Beijing Jiaotong University. • He joined the predecessor of CSRG in June 1982. From June 1992 to August 1994, he served as Deputy Managing Director of Beijing February 7th Locomotive Works under the Ministry of Railways. From August 1994 to October 1999, he served as Director of the Head Office of LORIC ( ). From October 1999 to September 2000, Mr. Zheng served as a Director and the Deputy General Manager of LORIC. From September 2000 to and June 2002, he served as CSRG’s Director and Deputy General Manager. From June 2002 to December 2007, he served as Deputy General Manager of CSRG. • He was Party Secretary of CSRG since May 2004. He is a senior engineer and a part-time professor of Lanzhou Jiaotong University. He has been the Chairman of CSR Corporation Limited since October 25, 2012 and its Executive Director since December 2012.

  5. Chairman Agricultural Bank of China Mr. JIANG Chaoliang, aged 54, holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. Mr. Chaoliang previously served as director of Agricultural Bank of China and vice director of Banking Department of People’s Bank of China

  6.  Jiang Chaoliang - Banking • He used to serve concurrently as president of Shenzhen Branch of PBOC and governor of Shenzhen Branch of State Administration of Foreign Exchange, and president of Guangzhou Branch of PBOC and governor of Guangdong Branch of State Administration of Foreign Exchange. • He was appointed as executive assistant president, director of the General Office and director of Labour Union Working Committee of PBOC in June 2000, deputy governor of Hubei Province in September 2002, chairman of the board of directors of Bank of Communications in June 2004 and vice chairman of the board of directors and president of China Development Bank in September 2008. • He used to serve concurrently as chairman of China Banking Association and member of Monetary Policy Committee of PBOC, and now concurrently serves as chairman of China Payment and Settlement Association. • Mr. JIANG Chaoliang is a representative of the Seventeenth National Representative Conference of the Communist Party of China and member of the Eleventh National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference.

  7. Chairman Haitong Securities Wang Kaiguo obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Jilin University in July 1984, a Master's Degree in Economics from Jilin University in July 1987 and a Doctor's Degree in Economics from Xiamen University in July 1990.

  8. Wang Kaiguo - Haitong • Mr. Wang joined the Company in February 1995 as deputy general manager and has been the Chairman since May 1998. He was appointed as a Director on 23 August 1996. He has over 18 years of management experience in securities industry. • Mr. Wang is a senior economist recognized by Economics and Accounting Senior Professional and Technical Title Evaluating Committee* of Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. in December 1997. • Mr. Wang previously served in various positions in Research Institute of National State-owned Assets Administration Bureau* from July 1990 to February 1995, including deputy head of this bureau. He was also director of policy research office of policy and regulation department of the same bureau from March 1992 to February 1994. • Mr. Wang was deputy general manager of the Company from February 1995 to November 1997, secretary of Communist Party of China (“CPC”) party group of the Company from November 1997 to December 1998 and general manager of our Company from November 1997 to May 2001. • Mr. Wang has been secretary of CPC party committee of the Company since December 1998, director of the Shanghai Stock Exchange since April 1999 and vice president of Securities Association of China since July 2002.

  9. Chen Hong Chairman SAIC Motors • Chen Hong, 53,from Jiashan, Zhejiang Province.   • He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electric engineering from The Tongji University in Shanghai in July 1984.  He also holds senior academic titles in both Economics and Engineering.  

  10. SAIC Motor Corporation • Mr. Hong Chen has been Chief Investment Officer at Shanghai Electric Group Company Limited since December 17, 2013. Mr. Chen served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of SAIC Motor Corporation limited until June 2, 2014. • He served as Deputy President of SAIC Motor Corporation limited. As a Party member of CPC, a Senior Engineer, a Senior Economist, Mr. Chen has served the following positions: • Dean of the Policy Research Office, Manager of Leadership Management Section, Deputy Manager and then Manager of the engine plant of Shanghai Volkswagen Automotive Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Automotive Industry Pudong Sedan Project Team, Deputy General Manager and then General Manager of Shanghai General Motors Co., Ltd., Vice President of Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation. • He served as Chairman of the Board at SsangYong Motor Co.,Ltd. from April 2005 to March 7, 2011. Mr. Chen has been Vice Chairman of SAIC Motor Corporation Limited since June 17, 2008. He serves as Vice Chairman and Director of Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation. He served as Director of SsangYong Motor Co.,Ltd.
