  2. Welcome to Yelloh Village • Château La Forêt • In this « Yelloh pass » you will find all the useful informations to enjoy your holidays. All the team at ‘Château La Forêt’ welcomes you and is at your disposal so that you can fully enjoy your holiday. • Welcome drink • Every Sunday, Axel welcomesyou to your ‘Yelloh Village Château la Forêt’ and informsyou about the facilities and entertainments of the week. • This presentationwillbefollowed by a welcome drink. • Openinghours of the reception and the shop • The reception is open every day from 9 am to 12.30 pm and from 2 pm to 6.30 pm in low season and from 9 am to 8 pm from July the 10thuntil August the 23th. • Outside these hours please only in case of emergency: • - phone number : 0033/(0)673 348 490 or 0033/(0)675 261 838 • you can also contact someone 24 hours a day at the Chateau (please ring the bell). • Instructions of arrival and departure : • Rentals : an inventorylist is at yourdisposal, please let us know if something is missing (asap). • The daybeforeyourdeparture, pleasemake an apointmentat the reception in order to check yourrental. A fixedprice of 65€ willbe charged if the accommodation is not cleanedproperly.

  3. Visitors: • Visitors must report to the reception, identity themselves and pay a fee, giving them access to the various services of the campsite. This excludes the swimming pools for insurance reasons. Every visitor wishing to spend the night in the campsite needs to pay an additional fee per person at the reception. The car must be left at the barrier. • Hours of the services • Bar(green colored badges) • May-June-September: Monday to Thursday : from 5 pm to 9.30 pm.On Friday, Saturday and Sunday : from 3 pm to 10.30 pm. • July-August : every day from 11.30 am until the 1.00 am. • Restaurant “Auberge de la forêt” (red colored badges) • May-June-September : Tuesday to Saturday : from 6.30 pm to 9 pm (closed on Monday). • July-August : Monday to Sunday from 12 to 3pm and 6.30 to 9.30 pm. • Snack (red colored badged) • May-June-September : every day from 12 to 3 pm and from 5 pm to 9.30 pm. • July-August : every day from 12 to 9.30 pm. Entry to the campsite There is a gate at the entrance of the campsite, it is closed from 10.30 pm until 7 am, so please leave your car in the parking area at the front of the entrance during the night.

  4. WIFI Access Free WIFI available in the bar and on the terrace. To connect ask for your access code at the reception, where you can also use a computer if you do not have your own. Network : Hotzone Château La Forêt WIFI access, charged, available on the other parts of the site (Programmed for July 2014).   5. The 'Yelloh gestures' for the environment: • We noticed that all daily actions are essential to the well being of our planet, even the smallest ones. So we ask you to follow these • guidelines: • Please sort out your waste: Containers are placed on the left when going out of the campsite. • Yellow area: yellow bags available for free at the reception. • Concerned waste: *Small cardboards, packaging. *Cans.*Aluminum trays. *Metal lid glass jars. *Plastic bottles. • Wooden containers : glass without caps or glass lid. • Black containers:non-recyclable waste. • Green container : newspapers, magazines without plastic bag. • Don’t use the yellohbagsprovided by the campsite for non recyclable waste !   6. Food and Drink on the campsite The Bar (no service at table) Located in the former stables, you can have breakfast or a cup of coffee or tea in the morning. Later in the day, you can get drinks and ice creams. In the evening it’s the meeting place to enjoy activities and entertainment with your family or friends in a picturesque area. For a friendly atmosphere, there is a disco for festive evenings. L’auberge - The Restaurant Come and enjoy the simple and heartyrecipesfromour restaurant. If you are lover of meat, fish or pizza, thereissomething for all the family to enjoy. You willalsoappreciatel’Auberge’ for itstraditional french cuisine. Don’tforget, the restaurant is open all seasonalong. The Snack and the takeaway After a dayspentrelaxing or an afternoon full of activityyouwon’tnecessarily have the energy to cook a meal for everyone. This iswhy the takeaway has a snack bar located in the courtyard. Its take-away service offersyou pizzas, paninis and chips. Mealwith a theme and BBQ All season BBQ and themed meals are organized. To inform you about the menu and the dates, please check the entertainment program at the reception or on our Smartphone application.

  7. Entertainment for children and teenagers The youngest have a special room: the « bout‘chou » room, which is available to your children during the day and is situated just next to the bar so that you can enjoy your cocktail while your children are playing safely. If needed, it is possible to get a childcare service (charged). The kids club inside the courtyard will welcome your children from 4 to 12 years old for some activities, making crafts, paintings and games (Monday to Friday, 10 am to 12 am). In low season , please sign up your children at the reception. In the courtyard of the village next to the bar your children can play in the bouncy castle and games area. Mini-disco :Every night at 7 pm, a mini disco is organized on the bar’s terrace or in the disco. It’s an emotional moment to see your children dance. Once a week, your children can become a star during the show organized by the kids club (in high season). Anim’ado :Your teenagers can enjoy sport tournaments, trampolines, games room, sport courts and lakes to fish. Several times a week, sports tournaments and other activities are organized for them.   8. Animations for the wholefamily Aquaerobics: to keepyou in good shapeduringyourholiday, take part in aquaerobics sessions supervised by ouractivity leader. Theytake place at least twice a week and are available for the wholefamily. Winetasting: Once a week, your host Axel will let youdiscover the basis of oenology. Come and takeadvantage of thisopportunitywhileenjoyingsomewinefromourvineyardheritage. Culinary workshop: All along the season, young and oldcanparticipate to our cooking lessons. Duringour sessions, Olivier Durban willbringhisknowledge in helpingyou to try new recipes. Thanks to the good advicethat the chef willbring to you, youwillbe able to redoeasilytheserecipesat home. In the evening The entertainment team organizes dancing evenings, karaoke, concerts, numerous games, wine tastings and barbecues just for you. The program is available at the reception, on the white board outside the reception and on our Smartphone application.

  9. Swimming Area Open from 9 am to 8 pm Coveredswimming pool WEST The covered swimming pool is heated to 27°. Under the dome you will find a large pool with loungers, a paddling pool for the youngest, and water slides for the older ones. For the comfort of everybody, please do not move the loungers outside the swimming pool area. Outsideswimming pool EAST The outside pool is reserved for swimming only. To preserve calm and tranquility, we would thank you to leave this pool to the adults. You will have access to it from 01/06 to 31/08. Hungry or thirsty … If you are hungry or thirsty, the bar at the campsite offers drinks and ice creams . If other members of your family are still in the pool, you can take your drink or your ice cream away and enjoy them in the open area outside the pool. Rules of behaviour In the pools, masks, tubas and balls are allowed. However it is strictly forbidden to go down the water slides with sport equipment. Warning: the pools are not supervised, children are under the responsibility and the supervision of their parents.

  11. Adventure Park and paintball Whencrossingbetween the 1st and the 2nd lake, you’lldiscover the different routes of the adventurepark. Come and enjoyzipwires,tyroleans, Monkey Bridges and more than 200 activities through 14 tracks. With harness on, and surrounded by professional people, come and discover what adrenaline means. Tickets are sold at the entrance of the parcs withoutbooking(don’tforget to ask a voucher at the reception in order to get a discount).

  12. Paintball (On reservation) Our 4 paintball grounds are waiting for your coloured battles. From 6 years old : 50 balls for 10 €, 100 balls for 15 €, 150 balls for 20 € . From 12 years old : 65 balls for 15 €, 110 balls for €18, 200 balls for 27 €, 400 balls for 42 €. Pony and horse riding Your children are welcome for a pony ride from 2 years old (5€ for 15 minutes). At the riding school 3 km away, rides are available several times a week, from 8 years old. For more details, please call : 0033/684 723 651. • Donkey rides • Calin Ca-anes, located in La ChapelleHermier, offers rides on a donkey and carriage to fool around the shady shores of the ‘Lake du Jaunay’.   13. Otheractivities on the site Electronicgames room : A games room with electronic games, a billiard table, a football table and darts are at your disposal next to the bar. Sport: If you want to enjoy outside activities, ping pong tables, a tennis court, a volley ball field, a soccer field and a “jeu de boules” are available. For our local game “le jeu de palet” come and meet us at the bar. Tenniscourtrentprice: 5 €/hour , rackets and balls: 2 €/hour. Discovering the sourroundings on bike : Once a week (in high season) some bicycle tours are organized around the Lake ‘Le Jaunay’. If you need it, you can rent a bicycle at the reception. Please book it the day before. Visit our litle Farm: Come and feed the chickens, turkeys, goats and pigs with the following foods: your leftovers, chestnuts and apples for the pigs, wheat seeds sold at the reception for the Chickens, turkeys and goats and hard bread crumbs for the ducks on the pond. Don’t feed the rabbits or guinea pigs. We take care of them. Be careful. Risk of bites still exists. It is forbidden to go inside the enclosure. Thank you for quiet behavior in their presence. Children visiting our farm are under the responsibility of the accompanying adults.

  14. Discovering the surroundings by bike Once a week bike rides are organised around the ‘Lac du Jaunay’. Meet at the reception to sign in (bike rental possible). 5 touristic routes go alonglittle country roads. Following « Des Achards à la Mer » youwill arrive at La Plage des Dunes in Brétignolles sur Mer. Maps of the different routes are available at the reception. Bike rent Tow-bar: 4 €/day extra. Kids trailer: 4 €/day extra. Baby seat: 2 €/day extra.

  15. Fishing on and around the site • Fishing in ourlakes • You can fish in our lakes without a license, even during the night. You have access to hot and cold water inside the courtyard. • The record to beat : a fish of 14 kg and 1.26m. • WARNING! THIS IS A “NO KILL” FISHING. • Fishing on the « lac du Jaunay » • The ‘lake du Jaunay’ is famous for fishing.   16. Golf 18 holes The campsite is situated near 5 international golf courses and will be the perfect place to rest after each round. Axel, your host, has negotiated for you up to a 20% reduction, according to the course. This “green” is perfect to initiate young and old to the sport of golf: bigger balls, bigger holes, no risk, 1club with 3 faces. Swin golf: 2 € per ball, 10 € deposit for the clubs. Be cautious : it is forbidden to use usual golf balls for the crazy golf and the swin golf, special balls are available with the clubs at the reception.

  17. The beaches • Our veryfavourite! • ‘La Normandelière’ : It offersyoua lake of sea water (100m away from the sea), cycle tracks and a game area for children. We like it a lot because it is more secure than a traditional beach. • Otherbeaches • Brem and Brétignolles sur Mer (12 km) : ‘la Parée’, ‘les Dunes’, ‘les Granges’. • St-Gilles Croix de Vie (22 km) : ‘la Grande Plage’ and ‘la Petite Plage’. • Les Sables d’Olonne (24km) : ‘la Grande Plage’ (MICKEY CLUB). • St-Jean de Monts (38km) : ‘la Plage des Demoiselles’ and ‘la Plage du Golf’. • Lakes • Lake of Apremont : approximately 440 acres, this lake offers an artificial beach where you can swim and enjoy water slides, water club, and where you can also rent a boat or a pedal boat. • Lake of Jaunay : along a coastal river of 45 km ( 250 acres) • Canoe and pedal boat. • Sailing in field at ‘la ChapelleHermier’. • Cycling : ask for the cycling maps at the reception. • For yoursafety, please respect the colors of the flags.   21. Rules and regulations to be respected at all times • Pets need to be chipped and vaccinated (proof required). They must not be left alone at anytime on the campsite and walked • outside for the cleanliness of other campers. • Noise and silence: Silence must be respected after 10.30 pm. • Speed limit and parking of vehicles: The speed is limited to 10 km/h and driving is forbidden from 10.30 pm until 7.30 am. • Respect of the campsite: Please keep your pitches clean and tidy at all times to respect the campsite and your neighbours. • The watch of the campsite: The campsite is under the supervision of the owner night and day. In case of emergency or problem, you can reach him on 0033 (0)6.73.34.84.90. • Damage: Any damage to the site will be liable to a fine. • Swimming pools: The access to the swimming pools is exclusively reserved to the residents of the campsite. • Life guards are not used. You must look after your children at all times as they are your responsibility. The swimmers have to conform to the internal rules of the swimming pools. • Timeslot: every day from 9 am until 8 pm. • Lakes: Access to lake is forbidden by car. It’s prohibited to swim in the lakes. The canoes on the lake are Eurocamps responsibility and you are not permitted to use them without their permission. It is also forbidden to take your own sailing equipment on the lakes. The access to our lakes is not secure. You must watch your children at all times as they are under your responsibility. • Playground /baby play room: The different soft play areas are accessible to children between 12 months and 8 years old accompanied, they are under the responsibility of their parents/guardians. • Safety in case of fire, evacuation: • Please read the campsite evacuation plan and check the exact position of the fire extinguisher nearest to your location. Two emergency first aid kits are available on the campsite (1 at the bar, 1 at the reception).

  22.
