ELP Rotation Overview • 3 month orientation to GP in Atlanta with the Global Safety & Health Department • 18-36 months in one or more GP manufacturing facilities and/or working with a business S&H leader to learn and apply safety and health, and to learn the business and manufacturing processes • After successful completion of the program, participants become GP facility safety and health professionals 9
