  35. LESSON #1: Protocols often are not as simple as they may seem. FROM THE OPERATIONS MANUAL “The Cellcom Green Bay Marathonwill be cancelled if theWet Bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT)exceeds 20.5 degrees Celcius.”
