Who/Why/How He scored 302 runs in a Test match against India he was batting for a massive 774 minutes before he at last he was dismissed by Indian bowler

McCullum originally played in the side as a wicketkeeper/batsman • He used to open the batting order in the ODIs • He plays for the Otago Volts alongside his brother Nathan • In 2012, BJ Watling took over the keeping role in the tests, but due to Luke Ronchi’s struggles he remained keeper for T20s and ODIs • In late 2013 his reoccurring back problems meant giving up the gloves to Ronchi in T20s and ODIs What He then became a mid-order batsman while he fields predominantly mid-on and mid-wicket
