Stakeholder Engagement Plan • Objective: Provide an open and collaborative process with stakeholders to develop a policy with consideration to the full range of alternatives. • Plan: • Identify interested stakeholders for Phase 1 Policy • Establish stakeholder workgroups by affiliation • Examine issues of concern within each workgroup • Within workgroups, seek to resolve concerns using a collaborative process
