  2. What Are Interpersonal Skills? • Interpersonal Skills are a number of skills used by an individual to communicate with another individual.

  3. Why Are Interpersonal Skills Important? • Interpersonal skills are very important for any job you are going to do in the future. All employers recognise the importance of them. • A new survey has revealed that interpersonal skills such as confidence and enthusiasm are more important to employers than experience or a strong degree. • The survey, by accountancy firm RSM International on behalf of the European Business Awards, examined over 500 business owners across Europe.

  4. What Is Body Language • Body Language is a way of non- verbal communication. • Body Language consists of Body Posture, Gestures, Facial Expressions and Eye Movements.

  5. What Is Tone Of Voice? • Tune of voise is the way you speak too someone or number of peple, if there is large amount of people an you8 are trying to get your point of view across you may concider speak louder and more asertive. Aswell as your pitch of voice.

  6. What Is Correct Terminology? • Is your us of words and how you pronounce your words, you may not speak to adults as if you were speaking to your friends.

  7. What Is Active Engagement? • Active engagment is where you get the audience involved in your prsentation.
