  3. La Robe (Dress) Jackets are required for gentlemen in the restaurant and suggested in the café. Women should wear a dress or a sophisticated blouse and a skirt or pants. Reservations highly suggested.

  4. Menu Some of our favorite dishes are: • Wild Burgundy Escargot with gruyere gnocchi, fiddlehead fern, and bottarga • Paupiette of Black Cod with leeks, potatoes and Rocca di Frassinello sauce. • Chicken Breast with ramp aioli, Asian pear, and tortelli. • Chocolate Soufflé with vanilla gelato
