  • Don’t lose any opportunity to raise the gender issues

  • Think both womenand men

  • Choose technological options which will create themost jobs for both women and men, and those which will generate maximum benefits

  • Don’t stop at needs assessment or design stage: IMPLEMENT.

  • PARTNER with units/organizations which have gender competencies
