Cheshire Wildlife Trust Creating a Living Landscape • Action on Invasive Project Aims • Raise awareness amongst practitioners • Control Himalayan Balsam along 3 water courses • Control Japanese Knotweed along 1 water course • Control Mink in the Gowy catchment to complement the habitat restoration being done under the Gowy connect project • Launch and deliver a local public campaign to improve awareness amongst the gardening community • Engage local communities in the project and establish volunteer led invasive control People taking action for wildlife
