Outcomes/Barriers • 10% increase in enrollment • 100% first time pass rates of graduates on credentialing exams in PT, DH, Nursing, Cytotechnology and NMT • High student satisfaction on course ratings • Faculty appreciate the incentives in course load credit and course preparation • Revenue share funds faculty development • Barriers: hands on skills require simulation, lab and clinical work; some disciplines are more receptive than others
