  2. What do We Want to Achieve? • We want to broaden the participation of all ABRA members in achieving the goals of our association. • We all benefit from a well organised and positive image of the relocation market.

  3. ABRA Committees • The Board of ABRA decided to create committees so that more members can participate: • Relocation Committee • Membership Committee • Events Committee

  4. Relocation Committee Eric Klitsch will head the committee which will also include Marc Van Hoof and Christian Culot. Responsibilities will be the promotion of relocation, recognition of ABRA, legal compliance, government, CIB IPI/BIV. Training, EARP and communication with EuRA will be carried out with the help of Anita Meyer. Volunteers for this committee should be Full Members.

  6. Membership Committee Key Responsibilities : 1. Assure representation of all relevant Market segments in ABRA and in Membership committee - Accommodation & Real estate - Banking, Insurance & Tax - Cultural segment (shopping, event locations, city representation,…) - Media - Moving companies & Furnishing - Relocation agents - Schools & classes,…  New members !

  7. Membership Committee Key Responsibilities (2) : 2. Initiate added value/ROI for ABRA members - why do members become member? - what return do members expect? - Market segment representation in ABRA - Initiate ideas to ABRA Board / Event committee  Retain members ! 3. Financial (income) reporting & strategy for ABRA - Quarterly reporting - Input for membership fee structure, …  Financial continuity !

  9. Events Committee Dave Deruytter will head the committee which will include Kurt Mellaerts (as of 1-1 -2012), Marijke Verboven and Frank Billingsley. Responsibilities will be to organize Board Meetings, Member Meetings (location, sponsor and guest speakers) and all other events, such as the Vlerick event, and coordinate with Admin so that events run smoothly. All ABRA members are invited to join this committee.

  10. ABRA Committees Work together to promote the relocation industry in Belgium. We call on you to PARTICIPATE.
