  2. Open a web browser and Go to “www.StauntonSchools.org” • Click on “Parents-Students-Community” tab. • Select “Skyward Parent Access”.

  3. In the “Login” box enter your username. • In the “Password” box enter your password. • Once these fields are filled in correctly, click the “Login” button

  4. Family Access Home Page • Student Box – Used to choose between your available Students. • Email Address Warning– This is to remind you to enter an email address. • Change Password/Email buttons – to change Password or Email address. • Options Menu – This list of links will guide you to the rest of the available information.

  5. Main Menu

  6. Calendar Page * On any given day you can see what was assigned, what may be due, or what was graded.

  7. Gradebook 3 1 2 • Clicking on the Class title will give you details about that course. • Clicking on the Teacher’s name will allow you to send them an email. • Clicking on the Letter-Grade will show you grade details for that term.

  8. Attendance On a day where an absence has been marked it will show in 1 of the 4 colors of the legend above. You can click on that day to see details.

  9. Schedule On this page you can access your students schedule and access class details and directly email the Teacher.

  10. Food Service This is where you can see your student’s food service balance, purchases, payments and other information.

  11. Email Notifications On this page you can select what items you would like to be notified about via email. This is why it is very important that you have a valid email address in the system.

  12. Health Information On this page you would be able to see health information regarding your student.

  13. Login History On this page you can check your login history, it will also give detail to where you logged in from and duration of session.

  14. District Links Keep an eye out for new links that we think will be of value to parents.
