LOAN TERMS NJ Environmental Infrastructure Financing Program (NJEIFP) • ARRA Financing Program: • 75% zero-interest loan from DEP • 25% market-rate loan from Trust • a portion of the DEP loan in the amount of 50% of the total ARRA Program funding is subject to principal forgiveness CW-SRF $ 160 M ► $ 213 M DW-SRF $ 43 M ► $ 57 M

DEP’s Actions NJ Environmental Infrastructure Financing Program (NJEIFP) • Issue a standard reporting form for loan borrowers to provide borrower generated ARRA data • Make this “ARRA Loan Recipient Reporting Form” accessible at http://www.state.nj.us/dep/arra/ • Review borrower generated data and enter changes/updates into EPA data bases

DEP’s Actions NJ Environmental Infrastructure Financing Program (NJEIFP) • Enter data as required by Section 1512 of ARRA into EPA data bases • Merge data into multiple reports as required by ARRA • Submit these reports no later than October 10th, January 10th, April 10th, and July 10th to FederalReporting.gov

Borrower’s Actions NJ Environmental Infrastructure Financing Program (NJEIFP) • Complete the entire “ARRA Loan Recipient Reporting Form” • Scan form with signature and submit to e-mail address provided on form • Submit immediately contact information on pages 1 and 2 of “ARRA Loan Recipient Reporting Form” • Complete form, with updates, scan and submit to email address no later than December 15, March 15, April 15 and September 15 until all contracts are completed

ARRA Program Consequences NJ Environmental Infrastructure Financing Program (NJEIFP) • Failure to submit the completed, updated “ARRA Loan Recipient Reporting Form” by the 15th of March, June, September and December will result in DEP withholding Loan Recipient’s disbursements. • ARRA funds are “USE or LOSE”
