LIAISON REALIGnMENT  Timeline • 2012  Adopted Liaison Librarian Model  • 2014Seminar on Research Library Service Models for Support of Research Evaluation and Assessment held at Hillman Library • 2014 – 2016 " Specialist Tracks“ created, including one for Bibliometrics  (deep dive into "new" work) • 2015SciVal subscription begins • 2015  1stORCiDoutreach initiative (Engineering) • 2017 2nd ORCiDoutreach to campus (Psychology) • 2017  University Senate Plenary and pre-plenary presentation on Blibliometrics • 2018 Introduction of Symplectic Elements to campus

Bibliometric Track: Establishing a baseline2014-2016 • Bibliometrics listserv created for members of the group (ULS-BibliometricsServicesTrack@pitt.edu) • Literature review, reading list required and group discussion • Introduction of citation analysis tools • LibGuide created:  Bibliometric Indicators of Impact, Altmetrics: What are Altmetrics?How to increase the visibility of your research? • Summer Workshops given first by Berenika, then by Bibliometric Track  participants to ULS staff and librarians • Along with the f-f training that was offered to all staff, content was created for the web page FAQ that would point people back to the group listserv.
