HISTORIA • Mujer de 48 años • Enfermedad de Steinert con dependencia para las ABVD • SAOS severo • Colocación de Marcapasos DDD en 1997 con recambio de la batería en 2008 • Ingresa actualmente por cuadro de hiperbilirrubinemia secundario a congestión hepática por insuficiencia cardiaca derecha • En el ecocardiograma se evidencia una estenosis tricuspídea severa por fibrosis severa a nivel del electrodo ventricular. VD con función preservada.

  4. EVOLUCIÓN • Se decide manejo conservador dada el avanzado deterioro neurológico de la paciente.
