Labor Support • GSA recently awarded new follow-on multi-award Labor Support BPAs for AFCESA support • Replaces current single award BPA • Current BPA provides over 400 FTEs to Air Force • New BPAs use 8 existing GSA labor schedules • Selected Firms: • Booz Allen Hamilton Inc • J. M. Waller Associates Inc • Northrop Grumman Information Tech. Inc. • Future AFCESA requirements will be competed among these BPA holders 16

Labor Support • Intent is for AFCESA to use this vehicle for 2 years for A&AS and 3 years for Non-A&AS Labor Support Requirements • Current plan is to off-ramp A&AS requirements to the new GEITA contract and non-A&AS to a yet to be defined contract • BPAs awarded by GSA are for 5 Years • By going through GSA, this contract vehicle is available for use by DoD organizations other than AFCESA 17
