  1. DCS and power system status • The PS hardware run fine along the entire year with minor problems. Few improvements has been studied and added to new PS firmware for different components under the DCS control: • MAO: driven and safe power off procedure realized on firmware side, to handle possible problem on the 3-phase line • A3016: several features added to prevent possible problems on the LBB during the on/off and handle “instantaneously” single channel problem. • A3512N: firmware to switch voltage via hardware in case of DSS/ safety actions. • The installation of each new firmware on the detector requires tests and major upgrades on the software side too. • RPC DCS run smoothly over the entire year, all the problems handled correctly, no downtime occurred for DCS problems during the entire data-taking period, involving only one on-call expert with OM help. • Periodically maintenance upgrades released during TA, helped to improve performances, stability and the usability for cDCS shifter. • Improvements and upgrades are needed on the software in: • Integration of new hardware’s firmwares and functionalities introduced. • Managements and visualization of the alerts and warnings, coming from low level hardware components. Homologate them to the CMS guidelines. • Db configuration for HV settings and on gas major problem actions. • Actions and info from the DCS-DSS and infrastructures data • Improving and standardize the recovery procedures in case of problem for software and server pc.
