Eseawaiver loss implications • 20% set aside for SES/Choice • 10% set aside for PD • Failure letters to parents 14 days before beginning of 2014-15 • Applies only to schools receiving Title I funds • Movement “one step to the right” for schools and districts that fail AYP • Preliminary USED guidance is that we can skip 2012-13 and 2013-14 for AYP purposes
