For quick & easy merge of complete lots, use the ‘Smart Import’ calendar icon… …or pick your files one by one Then: Double click any file to define its data filter: filter specific parts, binning, or tester site. Select the reports you want: • Test statistics tables (all/list of tests, fails, tests with Cp or Cpk under a given limit,…) • Wafermap: hardbin/softbin, parametric test • Histograms: all/list of tests • More reports: Histograms, Trend (test, difference of 2 tests, bin/part, bin/lot), correlation/scatter plot, box-plot (mean & 3-sigma boxes), datalog, guard-band what/if (play with test limits, see yield, Cp, Cpk impact), and more as you request new reports!
