机器人末端执行器. 2. 机器人末端执行器 机器人末端执行器装在操作机手腕的前端 ( 称机械接口 ) ,用以直接执行工作任务。根据作业任务的不同,它可以是夹持器或专用工具等。 夹持器是具有夹持功能的装置,如吸盘、机械手爪、托持器等; 专用工具是用以完成某项作业所需要的装置,如用于完成焊接作业的气焊枪、点焊钳等。并由此,将焊接机器人又可细分为: C02 焊机器人、 TIG 焊机器人、 MAG/MIG 焊机器人、气焊机器人、钎焊机器人、点焊机器人、激光焊机器人等。 3 .传感器系统 机器人所用传感器又分为内部传感器和外部传感器二类。
