  1. E Rejuvenation Centre Our vision is to be the world’s leading provider of services that advance people’s quality of life. We achieve this by providing solutions that increase productivity, enhance creativity, improve health and wellbeing, reduce sickness and cut stress.Our E Rejuvenation programmes address the needs of corporate leadership, management and key employees. We train people to solve problems by increasing their energy and managing stress. We use a combination of new and traditional techniques that address breathing, relaxation, natural health, emotional balance and lifestyle behaviour.

What programmes can we offer EDF? • A pilot programme is a good way to see how E Rejuvenation can work for EDF. • A group of participants will each identify a key objective for the programme. • They will participate as a group in a series of twenty E Rejuvenation sessions, each lasting one hour, delivered at EDF premises or E Rejuvenation Centre – at a time of day to be determined, but we suggest mornings before work. • Participants will complete an evaluation survey before and after the programme – maximum time required 1 hour.

  4. What does the programme consist of? E Rejuvenation programmes consist of a series of one-hour sessions that take place in a group. Each session begins with 30 minutes of relaxation during which participants are able to let go of all stress, clear their minds and learn simple and practical techniques for handling pressure, preventing stress and developing emotional balance. This also puts them in the optimum frame of mind for learning. The second half of the session takes the form of group coaching with the aim of supporting each client to achieve the objective they have identified. There is a special emphasis on providing clients with positive can-do attitudes and problem-solving approaches. Clients learn how to boost their energy levels in order to maximise performance whilst minimising stress. During the session clients may ask any questions and ask for help with specific problems. By the end of each session clients generally feel highly energised and relaxed and this feeling may last up to several days.

What benefits do we deliver? • Clients typically report a 20% increase in productivity after a series of 10 x one hour sessions. • 72% of clients report that they have solved stress-related physical and emotional health problems completely or almost completely whilst attending an E Rejuvenation Programme. • 100% of clients report an increased awareness of and ability to manage stress, energy levels and health. • Clients frequently report significant, unanticipated increases in revenue during or shortly after the programme (amounts vary depending on nature and size of business). • Clients report smoother and more effective staff and client relationships, especially when undergoing significant change within the organisation.

  7. Monitoring and evaluation We will demonstrate the effect of the pilot by analysing changes in some or all of the following: • Business performance • Working hours • Stress levels/energy levels • Health • Self reported performance • Self reported attitudes and emotional behaviour

  8. FAQs • Do the effects of the programme last? If participants continue to practise what they have learnt they will be able to sustain a level of improved performance. • Will this pilot demonstrate the full capacity of the programme? As a short pilot it will demonstrate a key performance-related result for each participant in a defined area and some improvement in emotional behaviour and attitudes. A longer programme allows participants to build and sustain a wider range of performance related benefits and improve overall health and work/life balance. • Does it work for everybody? Everybody will benefit, but the overall success of this project depends on the motivation of the participants and their willingness to embrace it.
