Practices— • Come prepared • Have a positive attitude • At practice to work out and learn, not to socialize • Jewelry must be removed • Cell Phone • Notify your coaches if you aren’t able to come to a practice: • AltinekaGolphincell # 404-401-0903 agolphin@henry.k12.ga.us • Gina Jones cell # 770-317-5421 gina.jones@henry.k12.ga.us • JazmineJones cell #770-823-7182 • Academics are Priority!!— • Must be passing 6 out of 7 • Grade checks will be every 6 weeks. • Absent from school can not practice that day (or cheerif there is a game) • Game Days- Don’t schedule other events on game days during football and basketball season. • Varsity-Football Games on Friday nights, Basketball Games, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday • Jv—Football Game on Thursday evenings, Basketball Games, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday Expectations

Varsity: July 14th - 17th Time: 9:00am-2:00pm June 10th, 17th, July 8th and 22nd 3:00-5:00 • Jv Summer Practices:June 24th -26th Times: 2:00pm- 6:00pm July 14th -17th 2:00pm-6:00pm • Summer Workout: Open to all cheerleaders, Monday- Wednesday 5:00-6:30pm. Location: Clark Park • Competition Practices: Every Tuesday 5:00-6:30 Dates: June 24th –July 29th Summer Practice Days & Times

  5. Calendar Money Due: 1st payment - May 9th , 2014 2nd payment – June 14th, 2014 3RD payment July 15th , 2014 4th payment August 29th , 2014 All payments in form of Cash or Money Order

Car Washes: May 31st, June 14thand July 12th. • Krispy Kreme Pre-Sale: Dates: Money due 20th ; Order arrival 22nd • Flap Jack Applebee's- September • Split the Pot(Varsity Only) • Candy Sale (Basketball Season) • Great American Fundraising • Scratch cards • Raffle Tickets All cheerleaders are strongly encouraged to participate in the fundraiser. If you do not wish to participate, you can pay a buy out feeof $50.00 for each fundraiser. FUNDRAISING **Benefits both squads**

  7. Constitution Please make sure you pick up a copy of the constitution if you do not already have a hard copy. Your cheerleader will need to keep this for the year.

  8. Uniforms must be kept neat, clean and pressed. Losses of any part of the uniform must be replaced by the cheerleader. Only SHS issued uniforms may be worn. This uniform includes skirt, shell, warm-up, socks, bodysuit, briefs, shoes and pants. Hair must be tied back in a tight ponytail. Styles that will not be ALLOWED extreme hair color(red, blonde, pink, blue and orange), braids of any kind or shaved sides. Makeup must be natural. Fingernails must always be kept to a short length with no white showing when palms are facing up. No fingernail polish!. Gum chewing is not permitted while at practice or during a game. NO jewelry is permitted to be worn during practices, games or performances. This includes earrings, bracelets, rings, necklaces, watches, tongue, eyebrow or navel piercing. If worn to a game or practice, the cheerleader will be instructed to remove such articles. The ONLY exception is a medical medallion or religious charm which must be worn taped to the skin with no chain. (As per GHSA rules.) NO visible tattoos. 2014-2015 Rules

  9. Camp Information • Dates for Varsity competition camp: June 16th-20th 2014 Varsity Camp will be here at SHS, times 9- 3:00 • If your child cannot attend, please let us know asap!!!
