A systematic approach to personal training is adopted by Gracor Fitness by requiring all of its trainers to go through an extensive employee training program that can require up to 100 hours of shadowing. The firm hosted a self- protection workshop at the brand new Gracor Fitness Studio on the Hodges Blvd. This 2 hour workshop helped the clients discover simple defensive techniques and movement principles essential to self- defense and evading physical confrontation that will enable one to avoid or survive a vicious attack.
The training session was headed by Giles Wiley, a highly experienced instructor and student of renowned self- protection expert Geoff Thompson. This 2 hour workshop offered by Gracor Fitness covered how to recognize precursors to a violent attack and how to stop the attack before it even starts.The workshop made the clients have a view of possible attack scenarios and how to deal them
The workshop by Gracor Fitness gave knowledge to the clients about special drills that prepared them for the stress of violent confrontation and were also told about the most effective targets to strike and just how to strike them when things become physical.
