  4. Misuses of graffiti • People misuse graffiti because some gangs write symbols and words that declare territory instead of using it as art • Writing things on unauthorized property • Stating racist words or pictures Fun Fact! Did you know in Texas it’s illegal to do graffiti on some one’s cow!
