  1. How Do I Become a COR • Nomination Letter—Must be signed by your chain of command (see attachment) • Complete CLC 106 course--https://learn.dau.mil, or DCMA equivalent. Can be done on-line or from this downloaded version (see attachment) and CLC 206 COR’S in a Contingency Environment (no attachment…must do on line) • Complete CLC 106 test. (see attachment) Send the test to the Contracting Officer for that particular to have the test graded. Complete CLC 206 test (must take on line…no offline version available as of 8 Aug 10). • Provide certificate for Trafficking in Persons Training. • Provide certificate/proof of taking an Ethics course. • Once above docs are received, an appointment letter will be done by the ACO or KO (Contracting Officer) making you a COR. (see attachment) • If you want to assist in contract management oversight and don’t want to be a COR…ask your command if you can be a TOR (Technical Oversight Representative) – think “deputy sheriff” vice sheriff (COR). You are appointed by a simple nomination memo and would provide oversight information directly to the COR.
