  1. The Emotions of The Iliad • The other day, we looked at both the story of Hector and his wife, Andromache, and Pat Tillman. Both men must sacrifice for their beliefs. • With a partner, choose one of the following scenarios to write a dialogue about (let’s pretend to get in their shoes): • Pat Tillman saying goodbye to his coach. (E) • Pat T. saying goodbye to his family. (M) • Pat T., from beyond the grave, talking to his wife. (M) • Andromache talking to her son as Hector leaves. (H) • Hector, from beyond the grave, talking to his grown-up son. (H) Requirements: Be Creative. Express the appropriate emotions. Must be at least 15 exchanges.
