Developments in Educational Provision Energy Skills Scotland (ESS) 2013 to facilitate partnership between industry, academia and skills agencies to maximise investment between return on skills and act as a focal point Opito – major upstream Oil & Gas Industry Labour Market Intelligence Survey 2014 Energy Skills Investment Plan – Scottish Government OGAS established 2012 – a partnership of investors, colleges and industry bodies.
