4.7 ADP v KDP

ADP v KDP l nhng tinh th u tin c s dng cho vic th hin cc pha ca SHG. V sau ny chng c s dng trong nhiu lnh vc khc nhau, rng ri nht l trong lnh vc vt liu quang in. Chng u l tinh th 1 trc, vi vng nh sng truyn qua t vng cc tm n hng ngai gn vo khong 2000 angstron n 1.5 micromet .Chng thuc vo nhm 42m, l cc nhm i xng t gic.

Ln u tin, cc tinh th ny c xem nh l cc cht in p v c s dng trong cc my siu m. Kch thc cu cc tinh th ADP ny vo khong 10cm, cc tinh th ny c s dng do chng c tnh cht quang rt tt v gi thnh rt r.
