What is the ST9120U Electronic Fan Timer? • A universal electronic fan timer that integrates control of all combustion blower and circulating fan operations in a gas warm air appliance • Monitors the thermostat for heat, cool and fan demands. • Runs the induced draft blower motor and runs the circulating fan (up to two speeds) as needed. • Monitors limit switch strings and energizes ignition control. • Central wiring point for the electrical components of the furnace. Installation of the ST9120U • Location and Mounting • Mount the ST9120U Electronic Fan Timer in the appliance wiring compartment or furnace vestibule • Mounting screws provided • Wiring • Make sure that all wiring complies with local codes and ordinances. • Disconnect power before making wiring connections.

Set up of the ST9120U • Setting DIP switches • Heat fan-on delay • On: 30/60 Seconds • Starts timing when main valve energized • Heat fan-off delay • Off: 60/100/140/180 Seconds • Starts timing when main valve is de-energized • Cool fan-on delay • On: 4/30 Seconds • Starts with call for cooling • Cool fan-off delay fixed at 30 seconds • Post Purge:5 seconds
