  3. PROGRAM ASSESSMENT • Brainstorm with your Governor. • List Strengths and Press Save. • List Failures and Press Delete. • List Program Improvements & Analyze. • Create New Improvement Initiatives. • Jump out of the Box.

  4. PROGRAM ASSESSMENT 2 • Reserves Status 1/3 to 1/2 • Are Section or Branch funds available? • Are Operational Savings possible? • Create New Revenue Streams. • Obtain a written critique by your Governor. • Generate Consensus of Assessment Results.

  5. LEADERSHIP SUCCESSION • 1st 3 Months: Recruit New Chairs & Officers. • Second 3 Months: Monitor Performance. • Offer Ascension Opportunity. • No volunteers: Recruit New Officer Slate. • Complete New Slate by 8 months.

  6. LEADERSHIP SUCCESSION 2 • Enthusiasm • Raw Leadership Talent • Mentoring • ASCE is an opportunity for growth. • Retired Members

  7. STEP UP ONE LEVEL • Assemble your best talent. • Include your Governor. • Review Program Assessment. • Utilize the Best Practices Guide. • Brainstorm New Initiatives.

  8. STEP UP ONE LEVEL 2 • Request Governor’s Ranked List. • Generate Officers’ Ranked List. • Present Initiative to Members. • Measure Member Acceptance. • Implement.
