  1. This website offers you to create, compare and order solutions of housing blocks or row houses. This tab shows a description of the process and the offered services Choose the button in the lower part

  2. Option 1: Housing blocks 1st page: Introduce geometry of plot, type of building, etc 1/5 On the start page there is a help button to describe the whole process.

  3. 2nd page: Select geometry of block(s) among possible shapes 2/5 In the navigation bar of each page there is a help button to explain the process of the current screen. Introduce width of block and corridor

  4. 3rd page: Choose number and combinations of flats according to their number of bedrooms 3/5 Add as many combinations as you wish

  5. 4th page: Select the distribution of apartments within the block(s) 4/5 Add areas, dimension, lines, etc, to your plans get information as built area, plot occupation…

  6. 5th page: Check your order and send it 5/5

  7. Keep your order code

  8. Recieve your plans in dwg, dxf or pdf

  9. Option 2: Single-Family houses Press that button in the lower part This tab shows a description of the process and the offered services

  10. 1st page: Introduce the geometry of plot, types of dwellings, etc 1/6 Open sides There is a help button to describe the whole process on every screen.

  11. Open the popups: Compose number of storeys and distributionfor each selected type 2/6

  12. 2nd page: Choose orientation and number of rows for your plot 3/6

  13. 3rd page: Assign a type of dwelling to each row 4/6 Select all rows • Get information about:- Total area •  Rows area- Occupation Row B: Type 27 houses of 6.75 mwidth

  14. 4th page: Order your plans with areas, dimension lines, etc 5/6 Check cost of plan in course and cost of all plans

  15. 5th page: Verify your order and send it 6/6 Add new distributions and types Summary of each plane Complete your data Choose format drawings Choose method of payment

  16. Keep your order code

  17. Recieve your plans in dwg, dxf or pdf Roof Attic 2nd floor 1st floor Ground floor Basement
