Toilet facilities.TL .Appropriate for educational visit based on a history lesson but can be interlinked with other subjects of the national Curriculum. .Cross-Curricular opportunities: RE: explore views of fire as pictured by a clergyman. GEOGRAPHY: study the part of London that was destroyed. ART& DESIGN: create a model of city of London under fire. MUSIC: explore sombre and sad music to portray the atmosphere of doom. SCIENCE: find what was the origin of the fire and how it was caused. MATHS: investigate the number of houses destroyed and how many people died. ICT: use software in school to create a multimedia project of the Great Fire of London. DRAMA: enact this moment of history with famous characters of that time. PSHE: Discuss the moral of the people and health and safety issues loopholes. MFL: Have a short story of the Great Fire of London in a Modern Foreign Language.
