  7. TC Restructuring Transition Plan Proposal • Do 2008 Work Planning – TC Leadership at January face-to-face, including use-case allocation • In February, using telecons • Do transition of existing TCs to Perspective TCs – retain co-chairs • Do preliminary use case analysis with 6 ad hoc groups with assigned co-chairs • Establish Domain TCs – two t-cons – mid-Feb, early March • Hold preliminary discussions, retain co-chairs for S&P • Allow facilitators to run Care Management and Admin domain TCs or Have interim co-chairs that volunteer (?) • Provide comments on new use-cases • Complete organization transition by March 15, including 6 work-groups • Do election for Care Management and Admin Domain TCs – open discussion • Open Question - when in March to establish co-chairs • Suggest defer decision until after January face-to-face • March face-to-face under new structure • Assumption that all V3 and phase 2 Interoperability Specs work complete pre-face-to-face
