ONLINE OPEN ENROLLMENT GUIDE – PLAN YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 2011. 1)Click Red Open Enrollment Button and you will then be directed to the enrollment log-in screen 2)For User ID , enter your SSN (no hyphens), then hit the tab key.

2)For User ID, enter your SSN (no hyphens), then hit the tab key.
3)For Password, enter your full birth year (4 digits, e.g. 19XX)
4)Click the gray Login box
**General Note: To Move Between Boxes, Hit the Tab Key
USER ID= SOCIAL SECURITY #
PASSWORD=YEAR OF BIRTH
5)You will be automatically taken to a change password screen. Your current password is your 4 digit birth year.
6)Enter your new password (see rules below and remember it is case-sensitive)
This is your year of birth, e.g. 19XX
This is the new password that you select. It must be 8 characters long and must have at least 1 number & 1 letter.
Then Click Save
Type something to help you remember the new password
7)Click on the blue text that reads “Save” (lower right corner) and you will be at your personal benefits home page
8)On your home page, Click on the Blue Text that reads “Annual Enrollment.”
Click on the Blue Text that reads Annual Enrollment
Use these arrows to move up and down on the screen
9)You will then be on the “Event Steps” page and ready to begin enrollment
10)To begin step 1 of the online enrollment process, click on the blue text that reads “Personal Information”
11)Your personal information will appear; please review this page. If incorrect, please make address/phone changes through PeopleSoft self service.
12)After you complete this review, click the “Continue” button on the bottom of your screen
Complete each of these 7 steps…
17)WHEN YOU HAVE COMPLETED ALL THE STEPS OF YOUR ENROLLMENT, YOU MUST CLICK THE “CONFIRM MY ENROLLMENT” BUTTON AS SHOWN BELOW
**IF YOU DO NOT CLICK THIS BUTTON, YOUR ELECTIONS WILL NOT BE RECORDED BY THE SYSTEM**
18)After clicking the “Confirm My Enrollment” Button, you will see the screen below.
19)Click the Gray “Your Benefits Home” button and you will be taken back to your benefits home page.
20)On your home page, click the “Confirmation Statements” button in the middle of the screen
21)You will then be taken to a list of your Confirmation Statements.
22)Click on the blue text that reads “Active Package Ending 6/30/2012” (top of the list)
23)Print your benefit confirmation statement by clicking the picture of a printer located above your name
YOU MUST PRINT YOUR CONFIRMATION STATEMENT BEFORE CLOSING OUT OF YOUR ENROLLMENT
PLEASE KEEP A COPY OF THIS STATEMENT FOR YOUR RECORDS
24)After printing your confirmation statement, close the screen by clicking the X in the upper right hand corner of that screen
25)You will be at your benefits home page
26)To log out of your home page, click the X on the upper right hand corner of that screen.
CONGRATULATIONS, YOU HAVE COMPLETED YOUR ONLINE ENROLLMENT!
DON’T FORGET TO TAKE YOUR CONFIRMATION STATEMENT
