  3. Lecture format to large groups • On students’ first day at college – information overload! • Dull • Very short sessions • Instead – short sales pitch on induction day with links to website and follow-up sessions later on in term

  4. Idea! • Library non-users research • Use data from library system and college admin system to prove that using the library will increase grades
