  4. After they shutdown, we went inside cyclone and found some damage Castable in the Cyclone Roof. We summarized and concluded the Roof Castable was fallen down first. After that the hot gas burnt the Steel Ring and Ceramic Diptubes were fallen down by the stress from the Steel Ring.

  5. Due to the quality of Castable (Other Supplier) which used in the Cyclone Roof could not give the enough lifetime. It was fallen down after 6-12 months. We recommend them use high quality Castable in the Cyclone Roof because it is the important area where take effect with the Ceramic Diptube. Finally they have changed to HASLE D39A. We reinstalled Ceramic Diptube again in Jan, 2009. Now lifetime is more than 33 months and it is still hanging.
