  2. Product • The NESSIE Reader is an internet base digital reader. It uses Microsoft Word, Word Perfect, Open Office and PDF documents and converts them to Audio file accessible from any Cloud enabled device. MP3s can also be transferred to nearly any music devices. • Additional features • Add personal Audio notes within text or footnotes • Ability to pick different speeds and voices • Highlight text • Organize information to create study notes • Bookmarks • Audible spellcheck • More can be added with customer feedback.

Markets • 2.2% of the United States population have some sort of visual disability. • 6.6 million people • “Ten to fifteen percent of the US population has dyslexia. • 30 to 45 billion people • five out of every one hundred dyslexics are recognized and receive assistance • 98,800 public schools • 629 public & 1845 private 4 year post-secondary institutions

SWOT analysis • Strengths: • Our product is extraordinarily versatile compared to our main competitor. • Our use of mobility while remaining accessible. • Our Feedback system is efficient and offers users to fell integrated in the development choices of the company. • Creating support network system between school for people with learning disabilities and visual impairments. • Weaknesses • We currently lack a talented programmer or team to make this possible and efficient • The possible lack of necessary severs as our product grows • We do not have a clear idea of what are the financial requirement will be since I yet to know all of the technical requirement will be.

SWOT Analysis - Continued • Opportunities • The market of people with visual and reading disabilities is very large. • The mobile market and technologies are continuously growing. • Making contracts with secondary and post-secondary institutions contacts and sales • There is more and more education of the different types of reading disabilities in schools and educational facilities. • Threats • Kurzweil has the team and technology in place to develop and improve their mobile programs and compete with us. • Difficulties in diagnosing reading disabilities in schools. Children with Dyslexia will often act out and will be diagnosed with ADHD.
