  1. FOR A SEALED COOPERATION UNDER PRESSURE LEAK SEALING

  2. Leaksealing under pressure and during operation maximizes production. • Minimizes unwanted emissions to plant and environment.

  3. Sealings are performed during full production on pipes, flanges, valves and valveglandes etc. • Using a standard solution (premoulded) or manufacturing a specific tool, the daily operation will continue without any interruptions. • A strength calculated clamp or box will be installed and a sealing compound injected. Boxes are fully filled to avoid creating void or a pressure vessel.

  4. The temporary repair is to be disassembled at the next scheduled shutdown or possible stationary repair. • Thanks to a wide range of sealing components and safe procedures, our technology allows to stop various types of fluid- and gasleaks such as:- steam- water- hydrocarbons and by-products- acids and chemicals for example ammonia, benzene, crude, ethylene, freons, chlorids, air, feedwater, methanols, nitrogen, naphtha, octane, propane, sulphur, hydrochloric acid, oxygene, sulfuric acid, soda, urea, hydrogen. which temperature may vary from -180°C to 700°C and which pressure may reach 240 Bar. • Finally a leaksealing-report gives full traceability of used materials and material certificates. A specific identity tag is placed on each clamp/ box or installation.

  5. Design and calculation • Our design and calculation department are at service to keep your facillity in full production!

  6. Ready to be used clamps • For use on straight pipes or T- pipes. • A cylindrical shell in two halves, internally coated • From ½” x 60 mm 20 bars to 8” x 100 mm maximum 12 bars. (Several more options depending on choice of coating. • Ready to use to stop or controle a leak.

  7. Co2 blasting • Co2 blasting, the environment friendly way of removing debries, oils, fat and hydrocarbons. • No wastewater to deal with! • No mechanical wear on material surface! Before After Ice blasting
