  1. Single-NanoparticleElectrocatalysis Daniel C. Ralph, Cornell University, ECCS - 0335765 The goal of the project is to study electrocatalysis at individual Au nanopaticles (NPs). Molecular-scale Pt nanoelectrodes have been developed to accomplish this goal. Single Au NPs are chemically attached at the surface of a nanoelectrode. Electrochemical response and electrocatalytic activity are obtained at single-NP level directly from the nanoelectrode. A schematic drawing of a single NP electrode Yongxin Li, Jonathan T.
