Objective and Time Frame • Increase stock in the regions and ultimately increase our carbon and stainless steel wallmount enclosure sales through distribution • Increase Rittal sales of WM series product that are part of the Xpress stocking program (LS) • Target all Distributors: All Strategic Partners (national and local electrical distributors) • Goal: To get 50+ total distributors to participate across the country • Launch date: August 10, 2012 • All initial stocking orders must be placed by September 15, 2012 • Promotion ends October 15, 2012 for replenishment orders WM Distributor Stocking Program / August, 2012

Program Details • Discount is entered upfront via Promo Code: 2012 WM PROMO • Eligible product: • Xpress (carbon & stainless steel) WM, WMS and Accessories • Product will be shipped at Rittal‘s convenience within 30 days of order • Replenishment orders: • One replenishment order can be made for packages 3, 4 & 5 • Replenishment order must be placed before October 15, 2012 • Will be shipped within 30 days of order • All product is returnable as part of standard stock rotation in accordance with Rittal‘s terms and conditions WM Distributor Stocking Program / August, 2012
