  3. Partners: • Municipality of Téglás(Hungary) - LP • Business and Employment Association of Hajdú-Bihar County(Hungary), • Municipality of Osorhei(Romania) • Oradea Metropolitan Area Association(Romania) • Implementatio period: 24 months (11/2012-10/2014) • Total budget: 1.769.740 Euro

  4. GENERAL OBJECTIV E: • To promote renewable energies and to develop related economic sectors, through interlinked industrial service centres. • SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES : • Joint development of interlinked renewable energy service centres; • Provide services to SMEs from cross border area 4

Activities and results: • Project management –specific activities regardingthe coordinationof the project (preparing and elaborating the necessary documents, public procurement procedures, elaborating technical and financial reports etc) • Communication activities– elaborating the publicity materials, TV shows, press conferences, elaborating a common marketing strategy regarding the two business centers. • Construction andrenovation of business centers from Téglás and Osorhei.In Teglas there will be renovated an old building of 1.594 square meters, and in Osorhei there will be built a centerof 493 square meters, with the purpose of service center for renewable energy. Both centers will be equipped with special devices and furniture. 5

BUSINESS CENTRE IN THE FIELD OF RENEWABLE ENERGY IN OŞORHEI • The ground floor – here will be the exhibition hall with its specific annexes, namely the actual exhibition spaces, outdoor and covered exhibition space, warehouses, hall, toilets, access to first floor. • On the 1st floor will be located 5 offices, restrooms, a conference room with 62 seats, lobby, storage, ground floor and 2nd floor access staircase. • At the second floor there will function a workshop room. 6

BUSINESS CENTRE IN THE FIELD OF RENEWABLE ENERGY IN OŞORHEI • Electricity will be produced by photovoltaic panels and wind power plant designed for consumers of electricity from the offices. • Power generation facility has four components: • 192 photovoltaic panels (240W/piece => 46kW total power); • 48 photovoltaic panels “thin film” (210W/piece => 10kW total power); • 6 photovoltaic panels “thin film”, membrane type (408W/piece => 2,45kW total power); • 1 wind power plant with the power of 3kW. • Built surface: 493 mp
