  2. , would like to invite your company to sponsor a two days’ event on the 29th & 30th of March 2010, at the Crystal Ballroom, Mayfair Hotel Becoming an event sponsor, will enable your company to create an explicit presence, build your corporate image and brand your business as a pioneer among compatible colleagues.

  3. Egyptian Residential Tourism Exhibition • Benefits for sponsors : • RT.  Complimentary registration in the Exhibition • RT. Prime booth location in the foyer of the exhibition area, in an exhibit space of 336 sq.m. (width: 12.1 m, depth: 27.8m, height: 3.5m). It is an island style booth (open from the 4 sides if you wish). Should your booth have a back, ensure that the back of your booth is presenting your corporate image. • RT. Acknowledgment as “Event Sponsor” in the Fair’s opening reception attended by corporate representatives. • RT.   Recognition as “Event Sponsor” & Full-colour corporate logo List (including company name and logo) will be placed on the backdrop during the press conference.  • RT. The right to bring a promotional display/structure for the company on the opening day

  4. Egyptian Residential Tourism Exhibition • RT. Recognition as the “Event Sponsor” in the following format: • Full-colour corporate logo will be displayed on Billboards in ten Central London Underground Stations, i.e. Green Park, Marble Arch, Oxford Circus, Edgware Road, Queensway, Bayswater for one month. • Full-colour corporate logo on bus advertisements of ten central London routes, for one month. • Full-colour corporate logo and your preferred contact, website or advertisement details to be shown as TV promotion for five time slots in five different Arabic satellite channels. Total 25 spots: 30 Second adverts to run five times per day, on each channel for one month.

Egyptian Residential Tourism Exhibition •  Full-colour corporate logo will be displayed on The London Time website 24/7 with a link to the sponsor’s website for one month • Full-colour corporate logo will be displayed in The London Time magazine, for one month. • Full-colour corporate logo will be displayed on the backdrop during the press conference. • Full-colour corporate logo to be displayed on: Event invitations mailed to over 2500 corporations, 55 Event posters distributed and displayed in prestigious retail units, 5000 Leaflets distributed along high pedestrian traffic, central London streets

Egyptian Residential Tourism Exhibition • Benefits for Exhibitors: • Your Company Logo will be displayed on The London Time website 24/7 for one month. • Your Company Logo will be displayed in The London Time magazine for one month. • Your Company Logo will be displayed on all printing material for the event including posters to be distributed and displayed in prestigious retail units, and leaflets which will be distributed along high pedestrian traffic, central London streets.
