  2. What is EAP? • Employee Assistance is a NO COST benefit offered to all associates and your family member to help with any problems that you or your family members are dealing with. • It does not have to be a crisis. • It can be day to day struggles. • It is a No COST resource for counseling.

Other Important Facts: • 24 hour/7 day a week access for emergencies. • No cost No Co-pay • Confidentiality • Records not a part of your medical record. • Location – medical office building at south. • Suite designed in a “u” shape to protect anonymity. • Clinical Hours: Monday –Thursday from 9:00am to 8:00pm Friday from 9:00am to 5:30 pm.
