The group 4 hydrides (CH4 to SnH4) show the expected trend ie boiling point increases as molecular mass increases.

In the group 5 hydrides it is apparent that ammonia (NH3) has a higher than expected boiling point.

In the group 6 hydrides it is apparent that water (H2O) has a higher than expected boiling point.

In the group 7 hydrides it is apparent that Hydrogen fluoride (HF) has a higher than expected boiling point.

The higher than expected boiling points are due to hydrogen bonding.
