  3. Current Situation Analysis • We want to expand the current market base • Current business processes need to be improved upon • Accounting is difficult and time-consuming • Inventory is completely manual • There are no sales tools • Budget is $100,000 - $250,000

  4. Future Vision We envision an Atuk Jewelry where: • The customer base has quintupled • Tax time is a dream • A complete inventory is always available • The sales team has instant access to sales tools
